Delivery from stock (where available) within 7-10 days. Out of stock items allow 28 days. Credit card orders will be processed immediately to validate transactions. Cheque orders will be despatched on clearance.

Please add £4.95 for post and packing for deliveries within the UK and Northern Ireland additional shoes add £2.50 per pair. (UK only) deliveries to:

Eire = £8.00 +£5.00 additional pair
EC = £14.80 +£5.00 additional pair

USA and Canada = £17.00 per pair
Rest of World = £21.60 per pair
Other European countries = £21.00 additional OE £10.00 per pair.

Width fittings are F (medium wide) and G (wide).Width options are only avaible as shown for each style.

Sizes are available in all styles from 6 to 12 with half sizes from 7½ to 10½ in the Crockers Classics range and 6 1/2 in the Loake ranges. Some Loakes style are avaialble from 5 - 13. If you have any queries regarding size please do not hesitate to call our order line on 01780 470761.
Please note, no half sizes are available for the Deck shoes.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your shoes when they arrive, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return the shoes with the original invoice that came with the delivery.

If it is simply a matter of incorrect size, please makes sure that the shoes have not been worn other than for fitting which should be done indoors.
We are unable to exchange or refund money for shoes that have been worn or are in any way damaged.

In the unlikely event of a quality problem within 30 days, please accept our apologies, we will of course offer you a replacement or full refund of the purchase price and postage. For size exchange the cost of return postage is your responsibility. Postage and packing will be charged again for any replacement shoes.

For your peace of mind, Crockers of Hungerford, have invested in the rental of a secure server certificate by THAWT. This gives you the user complete confidence to order securely, safe in the knowledge that your credit card information is sent to us in an encrypted format.

Your credit card details are discarded after the transaction and are not stored here or passed on to any third party. For more information on security please click the security button on your browser.
